Do you have to pay to become a VIP member?

Of course not, VIP members are rewarded for registering as a client with The VIP Beauty Suite.

We care for our clients and want you to have a positive experience, registering your details allows us to maintain and cater to your wants and needs and will entitle you to exclusive offers and access.

What is a consultation for?

Our consultation process is there to give you our undivided attention, listen to any questions you may have and to ensure our treatments are tailored to you as an individual.

It also allows us to provide a confidential space for you to disclose any personal information, such as contact, medical or payment information.

I have allergies, are there options for me?

Yes, during your consultation we will ensure our products and services are tailored to your individual needs.

What payment method can I use?

Purchases for services and products are made online by card.

Purchases made during your appointment are made by cash or card.

What happens if I am running late to my appointment?

If you are late to your appointment, please call 07510091633 to inform us that you will arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time.

I can no longer make my appointment, what do I do?

Please contact us via clientcare@thevipbeautysuite.co at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time to confirm your cancellation.

Cancellations that are not reported in line with our policy will incur a fee.
